2 - Seller will send FCO

3 – Buyer will sign, stamp and send back the FCO & BCL.

4 – Seller send Contract draft to the buyer.

5 – When both parties do agree about everything, the Buyer and seller do sign the final Contract.

6 – The Buyer issue Non Operative LC, the Seller issue 2% PB to became operative LC
